I do hope you will be 100% happy with your purchase but if you are not, I have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact me at ficooperceramics@fastmail.co.uk. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when you recieve it and contact me immediately if the item is damaged* or if you receive the wrong item, I can then rectify the situation as soon as possible.

*If an item is flagged as a SECOND in my shop please read the product descriptions carefully. The reason it's a SECOND is because it's not perfect!

Refunds

I'll notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
